EPACHA Foundation's
Statement for the Year

EPACHA Foundation's Statement for the Year 2025
is an "imperative reiteration" of EPACHA's 2024 message
with hopes that Nations move forward with historic
progress that benefits the Whole of Humanity &
Humanity's Life-sustaining Environment.
May 2025 be a historic year that ushers in
a promising pathway towards "global
peace" with every provisioning
that adequately ensures
wholesome habitations -
including the compassionate comforts
of healing & healthiness for those of
Humanity yet suffering the horrific
pains of impoverishment and
hunger while steeped
deep in quagmires: gripped in the
inhumane hostilities of destructive wars
Around the World. As Leaders great and
small realize the crucial need to embark
upon a pathway that ensures a promising
future of global security, may prudency
be that compelling influence that sparks concerted efforts to
maintain, develop and peacefully sustain
"just and lawful forms of governance."
With that shared understanding, a
genuine show of "environmental
stewardship activities" is
surely worthy of securing
life on Earth that must proceed with
the full spectrum of all that is needed to
develop, enhance and sustain the Human
experience NOW - and for generations to
come. May the community of Nations
be that collective global catalyst
that prudently prepares to
propel the World forward
in a positive direction,
diligently safeguarding Human Rights
with a quality of life that
upholds Human dignity for
PEOPLES OF
ALL NATIONS.

NO NUCLEAR TESTS!
Secretary General's Message for 2025

Courtesy, United Nations
This important day arrives amid rising geopolitical tensions and growing nuclear risks — including the disturbing prospect of a return to nuclear testing.

In 2025, we commemorate the 80th anniversary of the first nuclear test. We must never forget the legacy of over 2,000 nuclear weapons tests carried out over the last 80 years.

The effects of these explosions have been horrific.

Nuclear tests drive displacement and contaminate lands and oceans. They sow the seeds of long-term health crises, including cancers and other chronic illnesses. And they deepen the cracks in the foundation of global trust, stability and peace.

We cannot accept this.

The Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty remains the only internationally agreed, legally binding instrument to end all nuclear tests. Its entry into force, long overdue, is more urgent than ever. I call on all countries to ratify it — immediately and without conditions.

My message to leaders is simple: stop playing with fire. Now is the time to silence the bombs before they speak again.
