2026: The "Work of WHO"
Enters its
Year!

The Vision: "The highest possible standard of health, for all people."

7 April 1948 - 7 April 2026

Following Quote Courtesy, Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus: 8th Director-General of WHO
"WHO’s own story began 75+ years ago, and it is still being written. The challenges we face today are very
different to those in 1948, but our vision
remains unchanged: the highest
possible standard of health, for all people. . . "

United States Notification of
Withdrawal from the
World Health Organization

"We hope that in the future, the United States
will return to active participation in WHO.
Meanwhile, WHO remains steadfastly
committed to working with
all countries in pursuit of its core mission and
constitutional mandate: the highest attainable
standard of health as a fundamental
right for all people."

EPACHA Foundation's Statement
January 24, 2026

Human HEALTHLINESS WITH
PROPER HEALTHCARE
IS A GLOBAL HUMAN RIGHT:

THE WORLD AS A WHOLE IS RESPONSIBLE AND ACCOUNTABLE.
Now at a most imperative time in Human history when the mandates of Heaven & Earth are being brought to light, there are yet Nations – great and small – unwilling to live up to those responsibilities and accountabilities that must be met with regard to the wellbeing of the whole of Humanity throughout Humanity’s planetary homeland, Earth.

Forever deeply etched in that “Eternal History of Humanity on Earth” are the many years of sincere efforts – with tangible evidence – regarding the humanitarian work contributed by the United States across the globe. The genuine, indelible mark of laborious caring and compassion the U.S. has extended can never be erased and forgotten. With the wealthiness of lucrativity and ingenuity coupled with the hearts and minds of everyday caring Americans, the United States has demonstrated compassion – and yet continues to embrace those in need in more ways than one.

In the 21st century when the world as a whole is readied to take quantum leaps forward for the benefit of all, the decision of the United States to embark upon an irresponsible, wayward path which withdraws participation from the World Health Organization – founded on April 7, 1948 by all 51 original United Nations members that included the U.S. – is indeed an unfortunate moment in American history.

As the world moves forward and onward, inextricable mandates that attach to global entities having the wherewithal to develop, support, contribute and sustain the longevity of the whole of Humanity across the full spectrum of activities and projects that encompass projected humanitarian goals DOES NOT DIMINISH.

That forward and onward momentum “through new portals,” must include the United States – yet recognized as the most prominent and influential Nation on Earth. And with that recognition, the United States is yet “expected to act with responsible prudency.”
At a time of mounting critical needs across the globe, the emphasis on invaluable contributions that are “worthy of sustainable continuity” concerning the “overall well-being of Humanity and its life-sustaining Environment” must take priority over isolated, goals of national interests. That is to say – in terms of overall global sustainability – the world as a whole must not embark upon a detrimental path which leads to a continuous, precipitous decline into an abyss of reversal of progress for all.

EPACHA Foundation reminds Nations that even though the greatest Nation on Earth in our most recent modern times has made known to the global community it will no longer participate in the World Health Organization [including the World Health Assembly], mandated responsibilities and accountabilities of the United States DOES NOT DIMINISH.

For the wellness and sustainable health of Humanity, EPACHA Foundation sincerely encourages all "COGI’s" [Corporations / Organizations / Groups / Individuals] to realize the imperative importance of continued support for the work of the World Health Organization that is yet a vital contribution to the healthcare needs of Humanity Around the World.
