Human existence across the global spectrum of life

on Earth continues to be deeply etched in History

with infallible evidence. Even today in our

21st century global world, human 

populations are trapped in 

the thralls of oppressive rule, mounting 

injustices and incessant illegal warfare.

"Human Rights"

are loudly voiced around the world but are actually

set aside as null and void.  ​Whether living in

remote places of primitive life, massive

refugee camps or throughout societies

abundantly provisioned with access

to enjoy the comforts and

opportunities of technological advancements,

noticeable disparities concerning the overall

well-being of human populations are blatantly

obvious.  The sufferings of wide-spread

poverty, hunger and homelessness

continue to persist in a

world of abundant resources.

​

The question of “Why?” also persists in

finding answers to such great sufferings which

should not be the norm of human existence.

Could it be – is it so, the culprit[s] can be found

in forms of “governance” responsible

and accountable for such disparities?!

​

Governing entities which have taken the reigns of

authority to rule and dominate world affairs,

have historically achieved objectives with

NO REGARD FOR LAWS 

intended to safeguard "Human Rights"

with "Environmental Protection."

​

In addition to the sorrowful sufferings of oppressive

poverty, hunger and homelessness, the shocking

reality of “GENOCIDE” – which did occur in “GAZA” –

was once again witnessed in our lifetime. Claims

of lawful governance – from the highest levels

downward – which have declared and constituted

protection for the people can be viewed

as hypocritical contradictions of political priorities: 

YES! Profits and more profits takes precedence

over the prevention of horrific genocide.

​

Corporate-driven conglomerates can no longer hide as

 the hidden hands of influence which directs

the course and decisions of 'governing

entities'.  Thus, corporations are

not exempt from bearing the responsibilities

and accountabilities which directly impact the

vastness of human suffering on a global scale. 

​

Throughout the greatest nation on Earth – namely, the

United States, the history of corporate conglomerates – i.e.

the oligarchical few operating with vast privileges – is

an established aspect and structure of governance.

Corporate influence boldly runs through

'governing entities' as the thread

which prioritizes interests of

CORPORATIONS: profits,

global dominance and

political obedience are the

 forces bound behind facades

of reassuring declarations of legitimacy.

​

Self-reflection for “political leaders:”  Are you – either

individually or collectively – sworn before

Heaven & Earth by a solemn oath as a

“political operative[s]”

feigning the work of legitimate governance?!

​

EVIDENCE CANNOT BE DENIED!

Governing entities having assumed positions in the

form of leadership [or] been elected in accordance 

with national, institutionalized political norms are

yet none-the-less expected to enact and uphold

“just laws” within the “lawful legitimacy”

of “just & lawful governance.”

Notorious institutions with varied

histories of widespread abuses are yet to date

the same systems of global governing

authorities which  continue  to conduct and

engage respective sovereign affairs contrary

to Eternal mandates intended for the

well-being of human existence.

FAILURE WITH NON-COMPLIANCE!
In this highly modernized world of the 21st century, 

the mark of failure is deeply etched, globally.  

In more concise terms, the fully capable

world having the means, abilities,

resources and wherewithal

to accomplish mandated

developments that should have been 

achieved in a timely manner with regard

to the whole of Humanity & its Environment

have fallen short with non-compliance.

 

“WHY?”

Because “established corporate influence” fuels the

“political machinery!” In terms of a wider world view, “lucrative corporations” 

together with the willingness of  “political operatives”

[not only in the U.S. but also globally] can

be identified with precise accuracies

as the “coupled culprits” which

shape the overall outcome

of world affairs.  The persistence

of “Corporate self-interests” inextricably 

bound with “political self-preservation” cannot be

swept aside as hands of innocence: both can be

identified as accountable & responsible entities

for the structuring, allowing, acquiescing and

condoning of vast, violative conditions of

"HORRIFIC HUMAN SUFFERING"

around the world identified as

"CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY."

HISTORY MAKES NO MISTAKES.

 

Criminal acts of “illegal warfare” continue to cause

irreparable injuries and death of loved ones while

our Environment suffers tremendous degradation: Specifically, reckless warring strikes in

close proximity to the largest

“NUCLEAR FACILITY”  

in Europe can trigger devastating destruction

for all life.  The global outcry of such warring

aggressiveness should be loud & clear.

​​

And acknowledging more devastating destruction,

“CLIMATE CHANGE”

can no longer be conveniently denied.  The adverse

effects of extreme heatwaves, widespread floods,

rising sea levels, droughts and increasing 

wildfires affect us all – particularly

populations steeped in abject poverty.

All that can be done should be done to preserve

a viable, planetary climate conducive to

SUSTAINABLE LIFE ON EARTH.

In 2025, instead of ushering in a promising  pathway towards “GLOBAL PEACE,”  the world

witnessed horrific slaughters of human life: 

illegal acts of violent, lawless recklessness

with injustices against innocent

peoples of diverse

populations Around the World. 

​

As Nations great and small cross the threshold

of 2026 - a new year and new portal forward - adherence to "Human Rights" by all levels 

of global governance must be upheld

with evidential compliance together with those "Eternal Mandates" 

concerning collective, global 

responsibilities & accountabilities:

WITHOUT EXCEPTIONS.

are two governing pillars that must adhere to

THOSE ETERNAL LAWS INTENDED FOR

THE WELL-BEING AND WHOLESOME,

SUSTAINABLE EXISTENCE OF

ALL PEOPLES OF

HUMANITY AROUND THE WORLD.
